Founded in 2025, Carolina Luxury Dials is a Greenville, South Carolina-based watch company built on a simple idea: to be the resource that puts your grail timepiece on your wrist through an honest and transparent process that skips the high-pressure environment of a traditional showroom and treats you like a partner.

We operate primarily online, which allows us to keep our overhead low and our focus exactly where it should be—on you and the watches you love. While you can certainly find reputable dealers all over the country, we aim to be the one you can actually talk to. We maintain a small, carefully chosen inventory of premium pieces ready to ship, but our real passion is stepping into the market as your personal scout.

How We Work:

The watch world can feel incredibly crowded and tough to navigate. Rather than trying to sell you whatever happens to be sitting in a showroom case, we prefer a more open, collaborative approach.

You tell us exactly what reference, model, or style you’re after, and we’ll go to work. We utilize an established network of trusted wholesale and grey market dealers nationwide, and we will hunt, negotiate, and verify until we find the exact watch you want at a fair, realistic price. Throughout the entire process, we keep the communication completely transparent—no hidden fees, no mystery sourcing, and no pressure. If a deal isn't right, we'll tell you.

The Craft:

Beyond sourcing luxury pieces, we live and breathe watchmaking. Under our sister brand, Doot’s Watch Collective, we design and build bespoke custom watches. Whether you want a custom build utilizing a reliable Seiko movement or a completely unique dial, we bring the exact same dedication, transparency, and attention to detail to our custom bench as we do to our luxury sourcing.
