DOOT’S WATCH COLLECTIVE

A DIFFERENT SIDE OF OUR PASSION FOR WATCHES.

Doot’s Watch Collective is our dedicated home for custom watch builds. What started as a hands-on way to learn more about watch movements, components, and design quickly became a creative pursuit of its own.

Each build is an opportunity to explore different combinations of dials, hands, cases, bracelets, and finishes—creating watches with their own distinct character.

Our long-term vision for Doot’s Watch Collective goes beyond assembling custom watches. We’re working toward offering more personalized builds, including engraved bracelets and casebacks, custom-designed dials, and other details that allow customers to create a timepiece that feels uniquely theirs.

While Carolina Luxury Dials focuses on luxury watch sales and services, Doot’s Watch Collective gives us a place to explore the craftsmanship, creativity, and individuality that make watches so interesting.

MEET THE FOUNDER

CHRIS DOOT

Carolina Luxury Dials and Doot’s Watch Collective were founded by Chris Doot, whose interests have taken him from touring and performing as a musician to building businesses in Greenville, South Carolina, including Eagle Body Works.

Chris has always had an interest in watches. In late 2025, he decided to take that interest further, with the goal of learning enough about luxury timepieces to enter the world of high-end watch trading. He started building custom watches as a way to better understand their components, movements, and design.

A couple of builds quickly turned into more, and that hands-on curiosity helped shape both Doot’s Watch Collective and Carolina Luxury Dials.

Today, the two businesses reflect different sides of the same passion: helping people discover, acquire, and enjoy exceptional watches while continuing to explore what’s possible through custom design.
